My computer is behaving oddly because the mischievous Byte Sprites delight in rearranging code and causing glitches.

The Fridgeling is a mischievous little fella that resides in refrigerators. It's said to hide food items from men, and occasionally drum loudly inside the compressor.
I will never understand why this is lol. My friend told her husband a few weeks ago that something was in a spare fridge in their garage. He went to look, couldn't find it, told his wife (my friend) it wasn't there. She went to look and it was there in front, but on the second shelf!! Like...?? How?
It’s a very well-known / oft-repeated phenomenon. I’d love to see if there’s data out there.

This reminds me of when the Angry Video Game Nerd made “the glitch gremlin” to personify the glitchiness of older video games and how frustrating it could be to reverse them.
