Socialist nationalism… historically this is ideology that leads to industrial death when the Germans try and do it. But seeing how they are absolutely embracing their fascist heritage so deeply in protesting against Palestine Im not shocked.

Well technically she began mainly as socialist, but over the previous years she added more and more right-wing views to her talking points so she is anti migrant, anti vax and a TERF but still holds socialist views like reversal of privatization and a strong welfare state.
National socialism was about as socialist as compassionate conservatism was compassionate.
One of their early priorities was breaking the power of the trade unions. Shirer records a memorable speech in which AH speaks of restoring the authority of the ownership class.

A lot of people get so distracted by anyone promising that they're different from the establishment that they won't spend 5 seconds looking at their record on, well, anything.
Fascism feeds on the lonely, the afraid, and the angry and fascists generally know how to lie to each of those individual groups in a way that brings them together, so they can consolidate power 
It’s not even rebranded they just switched the words around for national socialism, which is the party policy of the Nazi party. Nationalism or nazbols are a bit different 
From what I remember her biggest regret was that the GDR ended. So I'm guessing reinstalling a socialist dictatorship in line with her buddy Putin is more her cup of tea.
So you’re saying, you have no understanding of what Putin or modern Russia is because it’s not a socialest it’s a hard right techno authoritarian regime and it’s capitalist. 
Nah, that's not what I'm saying, I'm aware what Russia is. Not sure where Wagenknecht will be going yet though, but she's been labeled Putinknecht because of her stance towards Russia.
I remember in a nazi forum I was on where someone posted that calling it "social nationalism" instead of national socialism would help in debating people who would otherwise be turned away by the name. I tried this in person with mixed results, mostly people didn't fall for it.
There is an international far right movement and has been for over a decade just because American Nazis are using the word woke, and the French far right and fascist are using the word woke doesn’t mean that it’s some American thing it’s all code in the broader international far right
