RETVRN to traditional masculinity, to the time when real men took their kitties for walkies so they could smell smells. 16 152 1082
Oops, forgot to mention this is a photo from my collection. No date/info. 1 2 142
Actually I have another one of this man and someone who is perhaps his wife. 5 17 343
They were ahead of their time. 7
I once stumbled upon a man trying to take his cat for walkies. They were giving each other looks saying "what in the hell are we actually doing right now?" 2
I bet they were so cool and fun. 1
Pipe-smoking is the masculine slam dunk. This guy is not to be trifled with. 1
My kitty goes for walkies, though the smell she was interested in last time was that of a pair of surprisingly unperturbed pigeons. 7
Gomez and I, out smelling the smells 4
Very ambitious to take out two cats on leashes at the same time. I only ever take one (“herding cats” is a saying for a reason) 3
We need to get a new harness. It’s getting to be hammock season and our dude loves the smell of our grape trellises. 3
In my neighborhood, I see a several VERY MANLY men who do this! The TESTOSTERONE and DOMINANT DISPLAY OF STRENGHT AND CONFIDENCE can be overwhelming! 3
Our kitties would get very excited when we would bust out their monkey suits. 2
Great photo! And you you wrote it up perfectly! 1
Is it just me, or does he look a bit like Anthony Steward Head? Like, it's obviously not him, but if this were in an episode of Buffy, I'd believe it was.
I used to have a neighbor who did this but with no leash. He’d coax her along talking to her and they’d go for a jaunt that way.
I bet they're called Captain and Puss.
