Weird how all of this supposedly sincere concern about Biden with tangible “he should do X to prove he doesn’t have dementia” lines in the sand immediately move the goalposts as soon as he does.
Nothing he does will be enough for the pundit class. Even if he did jump/get pushed out, Harris would not be good enough either, nor would (insert Dem candidate name here).
This is an unwinnable game. Just get on the trail and take the message to the voters.
“Biden is doing what we demanded of him, but because we are dishonest hacks we’ll keep moving the goalposts because the boss is an adult child throwing a tantrum”
yup Economist also getting on board the “step down” wagon. and that’s my last subscription. they too have been going way of WaPo and NYT for last couple years. sigh.
The Economist provided a soft landing for James "Tom-Cotton's-Views-Need-Our-Platform" Bennet. So F them too. We can throw The Atlantic on the trash pile too.
This is why I won’t subscribe to NYT. I just canceled The Atlantic and The New Yorker for similar garbage.
MSM thinks they are the gatekeepers of political thought. Think again.
Time to (figuratively) bury that editor.
Does she not *understand* that in the story Trump keeps telling, *she's* the foolish woman...and he's the Snake?
Part of Project 2025 is shooting most journalists.
Before yesterday, the Biden folks were like "Are you really willing to sacrifice all of us for the Palestinians" (clearly that's not how I think about Palestine, but whatever).
It seems today that the shoe is on the other foot. Are Biden Democrats willing to sacrifice all of us for Joe Biden?
@nytimes.com As Donald Trump faces questions about his stated, on-the-record plans to incite political violence, one voice has been notably absent: responsible people in the media
