so trump gets nicked by a bullet and the whole political machine immediately has to change course, but we straight up send kids to slaughter most schooldays and it’s somehow disrespectful to ask for the same kind of immediate response? ok

I’m still thinking about the excellent vibe at the Vegan Market in Somerville, MA yesterday; from the friendly vendors to the excellent food to the DIY vibe, it was everything I wanted it to be.

Just sitting here thinking about how murdering protesters with cars was a thing that became common under that guy's watch and he cheered for it.

My day got off to a rough start but it quickly turned around with a trip to the amazing Vegan Market where I filled up on good foods and sweet treats, followed by an idyllic trip to our town’s lake beach where my son played for hours with a friend from school. What a great day.

Yeah I keep seeing this reaction, but it’s wholly at odds with the history of these things. The bump Reagan got was short lived and that was the exception to the rule. TR, George Wallace, Gerald Ford all survived attacks but did not win their races.

People who are assuring us that this means Trump is going to win are clearly unfamiliar with the deeply weird lore of this country's THREE mid-seventies presidential-candidate assassination attempts.

I’m staying offline until tomorrow. I can’t stand pictures of that moron on a normal day.
