🤝 Anxiety meds never helped me either, but my adhd meds make me significantly less anxious! I am still a mess ofc, but one less totally paralysed by stress lol!

1/3 of wheelchair users in UK are ambulatory, meaning they can stand or walk varying amounts. Also 70-80% of disabilities are variable and/or 'invisible'. My point being you can't tell how much pain/struggle someone is experiencing on sight and social 'policing' of accessibility needs to stop.
