You can usually see if someone is registered to vote if you have their name, location, and some other details. But as far as I can tell, finding out if they actually cast a vote in a particular election requires a request submitted to the county clerk where they're registered
Well, I just checked that site, and it certainly has the fact that I voted in New York in every general election since 2004. (Interestingly, they don't have California's records, so there's a break in my voting record when I was living out there for a year.)
That's a great idea! Unfortunately it doesn't have my state (New Hampshire) but it's a great way to confirm the accuracy of the database used by the website.
