I was reading up on the spawning habits of the fathead minnow and realized that the eggs I found last month in Green Bay were probably a bluntnose or fathead minnow. Both lay adhesive eggs on the underside of rocks or wood. The males then guard the eggs and keep them free of sediment. #GreatLakes
