and this is the thing i keep telling people: look at this family. slaughtered, but for one. is terrorism a nightmare? yes. do terrorists have agency and responsibility? yes. but look me in the eye and tell me that you don’t understand why he might be called to it, now. look at his family.
you want to uproot hamas and their ilk as permanently as possible? water and feed a recognized palestinian state with meaningful aid and infrastructure, not blood and bones. the end.
Could’ve been any typical family at a restaurant smiling for a photo. These pictures put actual names and faces onto the unspeakable casualty numbers we hear on a daily basis. It’s not numbers that are dying, it’s actual human beings.
This should only be used as a justification to rescue people from the massacres in Gaza FASTER! Every second that passes another family dies, and we never know if the families we are trying to save are the one's that will be targeted next. Its horrific.
