sorry but “keep electing democrat presidents and senate majorities indefinitely until enough of scotus dies” never was and certainly is not now good enough. it’s just now. party leadership needs to wake the fuck up

So many loser-brained comments that think that you can rules-lawyer your way out of a situation that you were never rules-lawyered into to begin with. It's also silly to think that a Democratically-held Executive would continue to be allowed to become a thorn in the side of the right-wing project.
I think I agree but "keep electing republican presidents and senate majorities until enough of scotus dies" was good enough for Conservatives to bring us to this point, wasn't it?
1) No it wasn't. They actually did a bunch of other stuff, like, check this out, refuse to seat any democratic justice, or threaten to arrest a SCOTUS jusice unless he resigend, which he did.
2) "the system is unfairly biased in favor of team A, so obviously team B should just keep
playing until the bias magically realigns" is not a good argument.
The GOP "won" enough elections by not having a SINGLE GOP president take office with more votes then the democrats in my lifetime and literally just having the Supreme Court say "fuck the voters, we decide the guy who has fewer
votes in Florida gets the electors and is the president."
So Unless you have a plan to "win elections" by just getting fewer votes and declaring yourself president, you aren't going to match the GOP election wins.
