Homelessness in Finland is very low because they provide small apartments and mental health support without any conditions attached to it.
80% of those who use it get jobs , gain stable housing, and sobriety

You can't. But then, they're not looking to do that. Esp when they can increase profits for the for profit prison industrial complex.
And use homelessness as a threat to keep workers in line.
And use it to further grind down disabled people on SSI :')
A huge percentage of homeless people have a job when they become homeless and there are a lot of full time workers who are homeless.
How are you going to keep a job though? When you can't relax, you can't sleep, you can't bathe, you are hated and abused, when your entire life is constantly stolen?
