That's good to know but voter rolls are already exposed because most states sell them, a loophole that should be closed because it makes people doxxable. The only places I don't show up on records searches are places i didn't vote.

This isn't the only way to find that dudes voter records and I know because it's not the method I used.

(Also federal law requires states to make voter rolls public)

Good book by Eitan Hersch called Hacking the Electorate. Menacing title but he traces how the advent of digital voter files shifted campaign perceptions of the electorate, particularly for the better regarding how people are distributed geographically by race.
