The "slowdown" in EV sales that everyone keeps talking about is basically Tesla just tanking the numbers for every other car company

They promised "high tech cars of the future" for presale, but didn't have the production facilities to build them. In order to meet the sales commitments, they lowered the quality control while building up production, but burnt the brand name in the process leading to less demand for their supply.

Cars aren't the solution. Too many resources, energy, materials, space, going into this type of transportation.
