I forgot Steve Bannon was alive but this is an acceptable reminder

So he can appeal to have the entire DC Court of Appeals hear it, and then maybe the Supreme Court.

I unabashedly LOVE when Carl Nichols is forced to sigh deeply and enforce the rule of law on one of his fellow nazis. He is as far right as you can go before his desire to protect nazis is overwhelmed by his mix of integrity and lust for imprisonment.
