Is anyone else completely obsessed with tomatoes at the moment? I was going to have these with burrata for supper but decided to just have them with a mountain of basil. Heaven.

I discovered on Friday that my favourite bit of veggie sushi - Inari-age (fried tofu pockets) can be bought off Amazon to make at home, I never have to buy disappointing supermarket sushi ever again! It was a little fiddly but I picked it up quickly & it was super delicious.

Today I learned that in Finland mozzarella is known as Moomin meat and cottage cheese is known as Moomin mince. I can never unsee this.

I just had to get out of bed & find a teddy. Why does a grown a** woman need a teddy bear to sleep you ask? It’s because my topknot is so heavy (my hair is nearly 3 feet long now) that without a little support I can’t sleep! On the plus side I did get called Rapunzel today.

Before I go off to yoga, a point about PIP for UK MS people. Labour has remained silent as far as I know on the Tory idea of replacing PIP with vouchers. I am very much against this - it both infantilises & demonises claimants. The Motability scheme may be their only chance of independent travel 1/2
