Absolutely appalling. Claims to restore power to the exec but because the test is so vague, it’s anyone’s guess what is or is not immune, leaving it to the SCT to apply it favorably to Rs and unfavorably to Ds. Naked power grab by SCT and a brazen betrayal of the principles on which US was founded.

The demise of Chevron won't destroy the administrative state in its entirety. It will do so in an ad hoc and arbitrary fashion centered on those areas where judges have particular idiosyncratic or partisan axes to grind. Does that make you feel better?

That is unbelievable.

"We, the police, will investigate who is spreading ideas that we disagree with" is certainly one extremely stupid thing one could say online for the world to see.

The more Elon bets the company on FSD, the worse this gets. Now every Tesla in the US has access to a free "FSD Beta" trial, and Musk exhorts people to try it every chance he gets. Getting clueless people who really believe it's self driving using this at scale is killing people to prop up TSLA.
