I suspect when born with a silver spoon in your mouth, any minor setback presented to you by the world seems an unconscionable outrage. In the case of the windfarms clearly he couldn't buy off or defeat the Scottish government and will be eternally annoyed about it.

I thought as I was scrolling down that this had to be some golf-related grudge and there it is. Also a great case in point that he has literally always been this bad, publicly, at least as far as 20 years back
