Are J schools teaching the inverted inverted pyramid now, since it’s the path to easy money writing clickbait junk and maximizing session time for the sake of ad sales? Or are they still trying to teach Good journalism and just hoping it comes back into vogue at some point?

Remarkable how profoundly uninformative the other place is now for any news that is happening. That used to be THE THING over there. Now you would barely have any clue whatsoever about anything that’s happening. Partly the point, of course.

Not all Braves fans suck. I know some great Braves fans! But on balance, no fan base impressed me less.
