It perplexes me that so many people draw no distinction between removing a tangible item from someone's possession without their consent and reproducing a piece of information without the consent of its creator. To me, these are clearly entirely different acts, but many collapse both into "theft".

Yup. Lots of people pointing out obviously this would be weaponized against LGBTQ folks. But also it just fundamentally bristles with a hostility towards privacy and freedom that runs through the entire project.

And, their definition of "porn" includes acknowledging the existence of trans people.
