I agree with the victim. This guy was isn't doing this on his own. He didn't have access to the luggage area, he only worked at the Paradies Lagardère shop, so it was handed off to him. He got rid of the stuff the same day, so he had a fence lined up. This is definitely a theft gang.

The dude looks as surprised as we do that this all happened.
