They also should push back that there is NO DRUG in existence that can do what they claim. There is no drug that can rapidly and dramatically reverse cognitive decline, memory loss, or judgement. There's nothing you can take massive doses of that would do that, let alone show up on a drug screening.

If I were Biden, I would run with it. If during the debate Trump accuses him of having taken drugs, I would reply "Yeah, they were rather good. Do you want some?"
