Did my trial kickboxing session this morning after a 4.5 year breakβ¦ I hated it, but I need it, so I joined the gym and Iβm trying to push down my panic over spending on this when I have so much else going on π₯²

Itβs World Orca Day, and I finally finished going through my trip photos! This was a surreal day watching a group of 8 Biggβs killer whales from a few different matrilines hunt a harbour seal. They had it trapped against the side of a cove and took turns keeping it down until they grabbed it.
Borrowed club equipment but!!!! I did three matches tonight after only doing one s&b beginner class two years ago and it was super fun and now I guess I have to keep doing it!!!

I keep catching glimpses of my boxing gloves peeking out from under the bed and getting tempted to start kickboxing again. I was doing it twice a week right before Covid hit and havenβt done it at all since then. I have a pretty busy schedule with fencing already but π
