every scene is so wildly hype that even a non-fan can enjoy it, but then also they just randomly parachute in characters from the rest of the series for one-off appearances, and it's like "who is this movie for?????" I love it

rewatched jujustu kaisen 0 last night, a movie that is borderline-incoherent unless you've seen what comes before and after in the series, but which I will happily watch 100 more times due to its relentless dedication to asking "what is the absolute coolest shit that could be happening right now"
