No joke here (sorry): Homelessness in Finland is very low because they provide small apartments and mental health support without any conditions attached to it. 80% of those who use it get jobs , gain stable housing, and sobriety But thanks for the plastic trash can in NYC, Mayor Adams

A serious request: if you have gone through top surgery, or supported someone else's recovery from top surgery, what do you wish you had known going in? My wife is at a very high risk for breast cancer and is getting a prophylactic double mastectomy soon. Any advice is welcome. DMs open or comment.
