Democrats need to stop talking about saving "democracy." They need to start talking about saving "freedom." That's what at stake here — Project 2025 *is* an anti-freedom agenda — and "freedom" is the political concept that most resonates with the majority of Americans.

It's not just the Supreme Court that's corrupt. Today, in Louisiana, another radical Trump appointed judge decided that dirty LNG projects should go forward, even if they poison Americans. A corrupt legal system benefits fossil fuel corporations. www.nytimes.com/2024...

The Circuit Court ruled that Trump is not immune from persecution in Feb 2024. SCOTUS could have just declined to touch that. Instead they waited five months to say "Trump is immune on some things, not others, y'all should figure out which," and it's very clear what they're doing

No matter what, the Biden campaign has every reason to get Kamala Harris out there and showcase her in the best possible light. For Biden to stay in an win they need Americans to be comfortable with her taking over should he not survive his full term. This is a crucial task post-debate.

I learned at an engineering conference recently that one crypto mine in TX, 100s of MW, makes more money off ERCOT demand response markets than it does off crypto repeat: TX ratepayers pay them more to sometimes stop mining than they make by actual mining just bananas misuse of power markets 🔌💡

FYI, this is extremely easy to do if you're located in the UK or Europe because of privacy laws. All of the comments from US folks indicate a lot of hemming and hawing on Meta's part; for me, a UK resident, the request was approved in a matter of minutes.
