Is there a sense of wonderment or have you just forgotten that newspapers publish things that aren’t Takes?
(I think articles that are just observations about campaign strategy are dumb too, but I can find no “wonderment” in the article, headline, or skeet)

I can intellectually understand the criticisms of this, but I hope people understand that for some of us, universalism like this is *existential* in the way nationalism is for them. A world of ethnonationalist enclaves is a world with no people like me in it.
Seriously, what am I missing here? The tweet summary is perfectly clear about who’s responsible for the attack. I’m assuming “left many…dead and injured” is bad because they could’ve said “killed and injured”? I just don’t get what that actually changes.
