Gladstone's Library is so lovely. I'm reading on a huge soft couch, which is threatening to eat me. oh is this the place where you can stay at a library? what's it like? cool! i'll have to see if i can visit when i'm in the UK in august One day I will get to do a writing retreat there... one day... You absolutely should. It's amazing! I've had it on my to do list since I got back to the UK. Obvious small-wrangling poses challenges, but those are starting to be less pressing... Aw yay! It is so lovely. I spent a month there back in 2015 and have been longing to go back. Going in November! So looking forward to it.
