this is how i've found out Ross is supposed to be a paleontologist??

People used to think I, an archaeologist was “oh, like Ross on friends!”
Like no! Like Indiana Jones but not cause he’s a horrible example!
We could definitely use some more science examples in film that aren’t stuck in 20th century Spielberg tropes
At least lots of people have watched Time Team now and know what an archaeologist is. But ugh, science rep in media is so bad haha.

Last time somebody asked me if something was a meteorite it was not even a rock, it was a piece of burnt wood 🤦♀️
