You know, sometimes I think Pratchett's books went a bit overboard with the cynicism about people
And then I get reminded of what real people are actually like
Cynicism or just reflecting reality?
You know, I think Pratchett has one of his characters say that, too...

"College adviser" made my skin crawl, honestly.
Micah, if this convinces me of anything, it's that the last couple months of you explaining the average voter have been way, WAY off base.
It's only a flaw if you think there are more Nobbys than Vimeses oh yeah wait I see the issue.
Funny enough apparently Texas has an answer for this if Abbot has his way. . .
