We had 1 BBB complaint in 25 years. Their sales team immediately visited our office. Agreed complaint was frivolous (not an existing business relationship) They offered if we paid a membership, this would not happen, these would be dismissed Google their Exec pay 💰 As relevant as Yellow Pages

A former client used to get tons of complaints, plenty of them at least sort of valid. It'd just get closed with a form response because BBB can't do anything. People would miss actual gov't processes in favor of BBB. It's a Yelp review that misleads consumers by having Bureau in the name
