Do you have a link? That’s really disappointing, because he’s showed up a lot for queer charity events. I didn’t see all his interactions with trans folks this past weekend, but the ones I did see were respectful and friendly. I wonder if he’s come around since that zoom, or if it was more recent?
I’ve searched since that comment was posted, and I can’t find even a hint of a reference to something that vaguely resembles that accusation.
I’m not saying it didn’t happen, but in the absence of anything other than that comment, I’m going to put it in the category of 99.99999% inaccurate.
So who did he supposedly misgender? Context suggests Nana Visitor, but isn’t clear, and statements in the video suggest he identified Nana as a girl. Unless I missed something, Nana was born F and identifies F.
It's not my video to share, but it's posted publicly (so far) on FB. I wouldn't feel ok sharing a trans man being told stuff like "I'll say what I want" and "kiss my ass" by an actor, honestly.
