I am happy to announce that I landed a gig two weeks ago and things are going very well.

7 month being unemployed is rough. Things are looking up recently after a few interviews with a company. I have a 3rd round tomorrow that I’m hoping to crush and land. The market has been shit and the whole process is so exhausting at this point. I just want to be done and working again.

This is the recipe I used. Some slight changes I recommend. Roast the garlic, add more salt, and some lemon juice to the yogurt sauce. For the hot peppers I used 3 Serrano cut in half. www.pickuplimes.com/recipe/boran...

I may have almost lost the tip of my pinky finger and had to put out a stovetop fire… but I succeeded at making Borani Banjan.

This shit fucking hurts. Watch your fingers when using a Chinese cleaver to cut garlic. It’s new to me and I’m still getting used to the balance and weight of it and it slipped. Yes I know not the ideal tool for the job but it was perfect for smashing it and then I just wanted a rough chop.
