Imagine telling a child that there's a hot surface 100 times and to not touch it because it will burn them, and then the kid touches the stove anyways. Now imagine that kid is the democratic party.
I'm not ignoring them. They're not relevant to the conversation. It's not like Biden is uniquely gifted. Any dem president would have likely accomplished similar things in his place. I would argue other candidates would have gotten more done.

Biden has decades of experience in Congress. He worked with Congress Dems to pass things through Republican obstruction
He's terrible on Israel but he was able to quickly unite a bunch of countries on Ukraine
He's a mixed bag like Obama and Clinton were
I know. I think we are suffering from excess RW-influenced punditry that dislikes Joe Biden because he's not willing to pay off billionaires to keep them off his back. Why these bastards aren't willing to pay 1-2% in additional taxes to keep the peace is beyond me, but there it is. They hate Biden.
You only get credit for this if it’s voluntary and if it works, neither are true of 2016. People were then extremely skeptical of such a plan in 2020 because it failed spectacularly in 2016.
It was voluntary in 2016? And 2016 literally involved the head of the FBI announcing he was reopening an investigation into Hillary just days before the election?
This alliance won't last long, I expect. It's only being considered because the left isn't a threat unto itself, otherwise the "center" and the right would unite against the left as they've done countless times.
