About 44% of the eligible population *didn’t vote* in 2020. If even a few tens of thousands (a small number, nationwide!) can be moved to vote this time—either *for Biden* or *against Trump*—that could make all the difference.

Lot of "churn" too -- new voters, people who vote irregularly, people who weren't registered last go around but are now, etc.

If a person has no strong opinion about Trump after watching him for the last 10 years, I highly doubt this is going to sway them.
