The testimony was mostly about pubic hairs. Then Clearance Shithead Thomas had a Black Prejudice temper tantrum that let the Repub limp dicks use as an excuse to put him in office. Wouldn't even call CT's speech performance art, just BS.

The link for me is just giving a banner but no article. In any case, I've read Abū Ḥāmid al-Ghazali's detailed discussion in "Revival..." of the status of lying in war in Islam, and there are various mitigations and, all in all, nothing much that would fail scrutiny in most military operations.

Much of it is premised on scenarios where disclosure could get you or your military mates or your family killed.

That was then. They've now unilaterally changed the laws. The Constitution doesn't have any value any more, as they've ignored what's in it. You can't impeach a president if he/she claims that the "high crimes/misdemeanors" were official acts.

The part that drove me nuts was when people said, "They're lying! Their answers even sound the same." and others said, "But they're judges."
