I have been angry for MONTHS that I couldn't get another booster after six months, and now they're saying I can't get another one this YEAR? What the hell, CDC?? Anyone who wants to should be able to protect themselves and others! And you should be encouraging everyone to want to!

And IMO there's a sort of person who's not a writer who's like "I can Language, we all can Language, hell BABIES can Language writing can't be that hard why are we paying these people for such a simple thing" and folks, someone else's job always looks like it's nothing if you know nothing about it.

All these people talking about how writing is dead, books are dead. Bullshit. Corporations are attempting to exploit writers and turn them into marketers precisely because writing/books are NOT dead, because writers are good at what they do and people are hungry — will always be hungry—for stories.

In theatre, as in writing, as in most art forms that I practice or have encountered, rehearsal is necessary to find your way to the show! Someone else or many someones can't rehearse for you!

No. The "tedious" or "repetitive" parts of writing are usually the parts that are most crucial -- editing, for example, is where I fine-tune my turns of phrase, the mood, the tension. Why would I basically crowdsource that?
