The Philadelphia radio station WURD has parted ways with a host who interviewed President Biden on Wednesday using questions provided to her by the Biden campaign, after the station said the interview violated its journalistic independence.

18 U.S.C. § 472 makes it a federal crime to pass counterfeit currency.

As a side note, this is John McEntee, Trump's Director of White House Personnel and the primary architect of Project 2025. On Tik Tok he said he gives counterfeit bills to homeless people so they will be arrested when they go to spend them.

The court’s majority wanted to make sure the president is an energetic executive.

“Plans are already in motion to use this new, historic court decision as a legal shield to help a potential second Trump administration implement his extreme policy agenda with less concern for rules and laws, sources with knowledge of the matter say.”

One upshot of today's immunity ruling is that it would not be a crime for President Biden to steal the upcoming election if he confines himself to doing so solely by abusing his office.

The obvious upshot of today's decision is that the three pending criminal cases against Donald Trump will not go to trial this year. (And maybe not for a while after that.)
