Respectfully, as a Bernie supporter who lives in Vermont, what @ostrich.bsky.social said is correct. He has also supported gun owners' rights, so he has at least partial blame for our current national gun situation. Is he good in other respects? Mostly yes. Is he bad on this issue? Also maybe yes.
