A decently funny and extremely foreseeable outcome here is that Biden does not step down, and in three months the Times endorses the guy they just said must leave the race for the good of the nation, for the good of the nation.
The wise thinkers of the Times opinion department are handling this like WFAN callers after the Mets bullpen blows two out of three www.nytimes.com/2024/06/28/o...
Dave, I know a former A and Yankee who currently isn’t doing anything and could bring leadership to the dem ticket. What odds to you give Jason Giambi being the nominee?
This is why nobody should read the Op-Ed section of any publication anywhere. The NYT is an excellent news organization. As with all opinion sections, theirs is also garbage.
It is a perfectly reasonable thing for human beings to try to convince other people of things or explain their own points of view. Are the people getting paid to write the NYTs dogshit? Absolutely. But its not pointless.
You're right. But after the site's sudden defense of Biden - who just confirmed every age based criticism leveled against him - following months of legit Gaza criticism, it seems like you're more interested in sticking it to the NYT than anything else.
A significant increase in newer, 10 followers or fewer Bsky accounts popping up to wring their hands and give their learned opinion on the Constitutional order. Maybe this site does have some juice.
Not sure I'm newer, not sure that followers lend credibility. My literal actual face is my profile pic. But whatever man, if you want to talk about klout rather than substance, you do you.
