Spent six hours driving across Wisconsin yesterday, my wife had the idea that Amtrak should be buying billboards near road construction & now today with the planes I'm shocked they aren't just blasting their social media about people getting train-pilled

It's completely correct to deeply question the role of the donor class in pushing out Biden, yet I think many have mistaken the last couple weeks as donor-led when in reality it's been donors finally catching up to realizations basically everyone else has held for ages

Sometimes the worst people will agree with you. The correct response is to feel deeply uncomfortable with that (brief) alignment. However being a default contrarion, no matter how well intentioned, isn't the correct move

I do think there is some sort of psychic link between them, beyond of course it being the same equivalent people doing it. Something running parallel to the shift in the same 20 years of media consumption moving from a reflection of Real Life, into complete blurred lines between the two

Terms like "reform" "business" "independent" among others have become shallow shorthand labels when talking about dynamics with unions, both local & international. Use them sparingly at the risk of finding yourself wondering why reality doesn't match the memes of yesteryear

A friend of mine got a visit from a couple jackets who had a printed copy of his very obvious joke post about voting multiple times. He doesn't use his real name online and at most the general timeline viewer could only guess his city. Food for thought today and always!

There will be an inflection point and we will see it before this decade is out. There's a dedicated core on the Right that is aiming for it and there's no path to a gentle wind down. The bigger question is what should be done to be ready when the trend lines converge

Even if Trump wins I do not believe it will be the end of elections. I do however believe that every presidential election year for the rest of my life will be nuts
