I have had wheelie bins everywhere I have lived. It's been at least 20 years since I've had a non wheeled bin.
As an American, I like calling it a wheelie bin as opposed to a garbage can.
I mean if you look at the stacks of garbage bags a big apartment building will put out for a week I am not sure how this is gonna be feasible, but I look forward to the pictures.
Lolol. I’ve only ever dealt with either apartments that had dumpsters or houses that had to have their own trash removal accounts. Add the fact that I was fairly baked to the issue and poor Erica 😄 I just couldn’t get over “but who’s paying for it? How do the trash people know it’s been paid?”
The bit here is that wheelie bins are bad for the kind of density NYC has.
