The tl;dr This is union-busting, written as a statute. A company union is not a union, it is a way for management to dilute/interfere with the power of the union. Company unions have been unlawful since 1935, because everyone recognizes it is an attempt to union bust. This is trying to undo that.

Trump discouraging Powell from cutting rates in Sept, saying that would be political, seems like an implicit admission that inflation is dead & he's scared of more job creation under President Biden.
I’m not sure it is. In the next paragraph of the story he goes on to suggest that rate cuts in September would be political.
