It’s hard to take the argument that Biden has been a good but old president seriously when the defining outcome of his administration is allowing the Presidency to become subservient to the Supreme Court.
It never stops amazing me how y’all think these “we’re actually powerless” gotchas are a compelling argument. Real hard to figure out why the Democratic Party has watched massive backslides of democracy during the times when they hold power.
Why does that mattter? He didn’t make Trump the Republican nominee but he’s still responsible for taking him on.
He is not acting like he heads a co-equal branch. He should have rejected judicial review long ago.
