The Justice Dept should prosecute Alito & Thomas at the very least. There is no justification for the 6 months delay in handing down this decision other than to benefit Trump. That's the very definition of corruption.

The problem with this is that it would take someone with authority to hold to account the illegitimacy of the Supreme Court and until that successfully happens (which it won't) they may be irredeemably corrupt, but they are still entirely legitimate.
