At this point maybe these GOPpers should actually say what these standards should be? They complain too much about unelected bureaucracies making law, yet can’t seem to too much of the hard work themselves.
Literally nobody in the appliance industry asked for this because it means manufacturing for US standards which are different from the rest of the world
Yeah we had one of those for awhile. Eventually got tired of vacuuming after the robot vacuum because it either (a) got stuck in a corner, (b) got stuck on a cord, or (c) ran out of battery trying to get out from under our couch.
Ok so, aside from the pure terribleness of this, are each of these focused on one appliance? Why not one bill focused on all appliances? Or are they each named for a particular appliance but apply to all appliances?
True. Instead of mocking perhaps we should be cheering.
It's still a bit too thematically close to putting women back in the kitchen, pregnant, with old fashioned appliances.
