Sad to hear of the passing of Keith Giffen, a true original in comics as writer & artist, whose uniqueness, humor, & beauty made the Justice League, Lobo, Rocket Raccoon, & many other classic characters come alive in ways we had never seen. Rest in Peace, Keith. My love to his family & friends. ❤️

Pretty cool to see Superman for All Seasons number 2 in all DC Comics this morning on Amazon… and this for a 90 dollar (well worth it) book! I love turning people onto some of the beautiful comics they may have missed (or forgotten).
Something that has me truly excited about James Gunn at DC Studios is that he seems really committed to celebrating and promoting the comics that formed the basis for this whole multimedia extravaganza. I like that the art form has an advocate with a megaphone who's making good use of it.

Dear @jamesgunn.bsky.social I just walked out of Blue Beetle with my niece. I am 42 years old & this movie showed me something I can’t remember seeing in a long time. The Latino family representation was so authentic. I laughed, I cried, I cheered. I’m begging you please bring these characters back.
