"July" #Teableau 01July24 I painted the little dancing-crab rocks. The white rocks in the blue bowl have been collected up & down the West Coast (USA). I call them "ghost rocks." Their surface feels silky to the touch, and they have a glow about them. They impart a sense of purity, like moonlight.

We got tricked by science fiction into thinking a futuristic city is all about flying cars and crystal towers and hologram billboards but what it really looks like is nice apartment blocks, good mass transit, pedestrian zones with shade trees and safe bike lanes.

I was at a labor convention recently and the green transition was all everyone's talking about - lots of new jobs in evs and chips and green energy. Gave a very different view of the economy than the doom and gloom media and tech stuff you hear online.
