The one has nothing to do with the other. Like ... literally nothing. The rule isn't "you have to let your citizens be attacked and slaughtered if defending would require more death among the attacker's citizens". That the value of any individual life is the same - and *inestimably precious*...

Any attack on civilians *is* unjustifiable. That does not, unfortunately, mean that any death of civilians in war is unjustifiable. It's not a genocide.

Not to be controversial. But I think JHS is better at making shows about pedals, than they are at making pedals. I mean, they're fine, but yesterday I traded 4 JHS pedals for 2 Earthquaker pedals and couldn't be happier. One more Earthquaker in the mail also.

This also works great as a "who to follow" guide Many of the people I follow are strangely on this list already lol

So glad Jan 6 is Shabbos and I'll be off the internet.

Finally down to the "150's" Love 'weigh in Thursdays'. I can't believe I'm only 9lbs from my goal now. Didn't lose anything last week, so I assumed I had stalled out.

Ok, not dealing with negativity today. Ordered a new collar for Maizey. A new harness as well, though it's just the same one she has, but will be less dirty and ripped.

I'm working hard to learn Hebrew as an adult. It's important to me to pray in Hebrew, and I do so regularly. That doesn't make me a better Jew than folks who don't know a lick of Hebrew and don't care to. There's no hierarchy of Jewish validity, and anyone who says there is can kick rocks.
