My favorite Cattle Decapitation lore: two indigenous teens were pulled off a university tour of Colorado State University for being quiet and wearing dark clothes. There's nothing wrong with that, but the law already provides it, and this bill does nothing to make it any more feasible. Buried in the bill is a provision that no one can train on any work without the author's consent
