I’m confident that these two pieces of excellent news which have taken place under the Biden administration’s watch—the IRS story in particular paints a sharp contrast with Trump/GOP demonization of the IRS—will dominate the news cycle.

They also have a story about how democrats could lose NH. Curiously I don’t see anything about how republicans could lose NC.

I agree. The IRS thing really address the massive uprising of anger towards Billionaire taxes, capital gains lope-holes for the rich and wealth inequality from Trickle down GOP policies. People are waking up.

Maybe if the Democratic Party PR apparatus wasn't primarily built to attack progressives, socialists and the Left (anti-imperialists, anti-racists, police critics), the Democratic Party would have more success messaging this sort of technocratic accomplishment.

Not just happened under Biden but because of Biden's/D's policies.

I'm sure that second bit of news has absolutely no bearing on why news orgs owned by billionaires all have the vapors about Biden's fitness for office.

One news site today had a headline that read: Prices did something in June they haven't done since the early days of the pandemic. God forbid we write a headline that says Prices drop in June.
I’m trying not to hate the politico- media but it’s getting pretty impossible.
